Stretches to Relieve Stress

Stress will make the body feel uncomfortable, so many people accept this despair. But before the stress continues you should do the following movements can hopefully make the stress that you experience can be eased.

Relieves stress for the motion are:
1. Stand with feet shoulder width apart, arms relaxed.
2. Raise arms to shoulder height.
3. Palms facing forward.
4. Bend your elbows to 90 degrees.
5. Clench your hands and pull the shoulder blades as though squeezing an orange with him.
6. Roads in place while maintaining this pose for 5-10 seconds.
7. Repeat throughout the day.
